Some will talk about moisturizing the rubber to preserve it, but to be honest, tires aren't going to last on our Z's long enough for any of these reasons to be a factor. It's purely for the look.

If it matters at all, you can get "pop" even with medium gloss products. At least for me, wheels/tires are the main thing that distinguish a car that has been washed with a car that has been WASHED....
