Doesn't necessarily have to be TIG but I would...

Doesn't necessarily have to be TIG but I would recommend it for a cleaner weld and less chance of splatter getting on stuff. You'd probably have to find a shop that specializes in performance parts...

Only way a claim will be approved is if the box shows corresponding damage as well. If so, the seller will have to file the claim I believe. Should be a cheap fix though for a shop to just weld it...
