The work was done in about two hours, and that was the recall and an oil change. The dealership was very helpful. Saw a brand new 2013 still in plastic.

Called my local dealership this morning to confirm that my car's VIN is part of the recall. Indeed it is, and I'm bringing it in at 10:30 for the work.
