What's odd is, is the prices I stated (3.95) are at a QT right by my house, but I can drive 10min to another and they'll be a nickel to a dime cheaper, year round and with just as little competition...

Last week it went from 3.97 for 91 to 3.85, then over night on Tues. it jumped back to 3.95.

Ridiculous that they're allowed to do this type of stuff.
