A couple of things to note. Doing this again I would not upgrade to these as track brakes without a cooling solution. AP rotors are expensive so you don't want to be damaging rotors by overheating...

The kit comes with 2-piece rotors, the fronts...

The kit comes with 2-piece rotors, the fronts have aluminum hats, the rears have cast iron because of the e-brake.

The Mintex Xtreme pads will work ok on the street but they will dust a fair bit...

Only the front backing plates require modification correct? The rear rotors look like they are smaller than stock.

Thanks for the writeup Travis. I think this might be on the cards for me next year, a little pricy but fixes the fatal flaw that exists in this car.
