Yea, I am only familar with NY Vehicle and Traffic law, but it seems like every car I see with a FL plate here in NY always has tints, so I made that assumption!!! Hmmm.....what do you tell a cop???...

NO!!!!! The number percentage is based on how much light gets in! For example, 25% tint means it only lets 25% light in! 70% is NY law too, it basically is what comes out from the factory! ...
