Yes sir it is. It appears they're wrong, at least for as low as i wanted to go. I wanted the top of the tire basically flush woth the bottom of the fender arch....

get ready to have some camber! I have 9.5/11 +20/+15 and it pokes like a son of a gun with little camber. I finally got them to barely tuck at -2.7 in the front and -2.3 in the back :(
