mine was a 3M product and i had the roof wrapped...

mine was a 3M product and i had the roof wrapped in a carbon fiber vinyl. Looks good and work is nice and tight. No more road chips. Honestly wish I would have done it sooner.

but to answer your other question, yes, it is worth it. I waited too long and did it at 8k miles and because I noticed a few chips. Basically the day you put it on your car stops aging. 5 year...
