I think it will be a lot less prone to popping than the stock Stillen system because he is only using the MAF for temp reading at the intake now and added a MAP sensor at the phelem for the actual...

That's where I wanted to place an air temp sensor, we put one right before the Stillen manifold. Ugh

Should put one on both sides as someone suggested. PLX can handle multiple sensors.

So, does the benefit of lowering ait to the manifold X degrees (with larger heat exchanger) outweigh the increased oil temp (blockage of air flow from larger heat exchanger?

Nice. Please post some photos of how it will mount because there is not much room with the intake filters and oil cooler. Maybe it goes in front of everything.
