Because the Stillen kit has the maf pre-compressor and intercooler. It's why they pop far more often than other kits running higher boost. The intercooler is a joke, and the ecu has no way of knowing...

Either switch to a setup that has the maf after the intercooler, or make sure you have a shortblock fund in reserve.
