A 64mm throttle provides enough air for a 2L 4...

A 64mm throttle provides enough air for a 2L 4 pot @ 225hp (factory throttle on Civic type R) I picked up 5hp with a 70mm.

So the throttle on the Z would have to be like sub 60mm to choke the 1.8L...
