The wires that run to the bose sub amp (sky blue/purple wires) are also low level voltage, its the equivalent of pass thru RCA. Placing a LOC between this lowers the sound quite bit. It will work...

It's an 8 channel line output converter and EQ. The Inputs on the DQL-8 must be High Level which means they come after Bose Amp from the speaker level outputs...
