Yes, they have to even the adjustment out on both...

Yes, they have to even the adjustment out on both sides. Took the techs about 45 minutes to do it.

Try to find a dealership that has adjusted them....

Try to find a dealership that has adjusted them. Mine was knowledgeable and had no issues adjusting it. I would have it done as it could get worse especially in changing temps.
