Just checked my leftover parts bin. For my sport model, the SS lines replaced both the stock soft and hardlines. Interesting you wouldn't do the base the same way when upgrading the calipers.

I thought you could buy the banjo bolt for the akebono calipers separately? Wonder if it works with the base lines. Although the Z1 non-premium SS lines are the way to go.
