Considering that the manual states not to pressurize the clutch system, 35 psi seems extremely high. I'd still call Joe at ZSpeed and explain to him what happened. That really sucks if the leaking...

Joe couldn't help you pinpoint the problem? I'm no expert by any means but maybe this DIY could help? I know there's an alignment tool for the clutch but I don't think that's your problem.

FWIW, the Z1 kit is a fork type and adjustable from outside the transmission. ZSpeed also now has a CSC...
