The master usually gives some warning - the pedal will get soft.

The slave rarely gives warning - and once it goes, you are stranded.

Mish has the right idea. Keep an eye on the clutch fluid...

Dealership should cover it under the 3 year/36K...

Dealership should cover it under the 3 year/36K mile bumper to bumper warranty that comes with the car. Beyond that mileage you'll need to make sure the warranty covers it.

Plan to fix the issue...
