It might be like 34 or 36 per the FSM, I cannot recall exactly. But this is what I've been using based on the FSM for years.

Mine is painted white, but the recessed area where the bolts are located is plasti-dipped black. It has been resprayed a few times there due to the problem you mention. I have flat washers there...
