Sorry I meant the HR manifold, its the manifold off of the last VQ35HR 350z.

^^ I don't think it is the OEM, the two front PCV ports are missing and no MAP sensor slot/port on the top back right...

The PCV hose connections are in the wrong spots...

The PCV hose connections are in the wrong spots to be an 370z OEM, and the MAP sensor is also moved. I would say it is a DE engine manifold.
