There are some with wires down by the rear fog...

There are some with wires down by the rear fog and some without, mine did not have any when I was installing mine (thought maybe I missed them). Maybe later models started having the wired added?

It is on the steering column where the light...

It is on the steering column where the light switch is I believe, there is an extra flip to turn on the fog light.
