On the exhaust side, the only thing I would consider would be headers and on that I would not do a wrap I would do a coating.

Actually, it has been shown that even with the gen3 intakes the piping will heat up from extended driving (street/track/etc.) and even though you are pulling in fresh cold air the pipes themselves...
