The car is still under warranty even with the oil cooler, the Nismo cooler has a separate limited warranty.

It is a lower class compared to some other cars it 'should' compete against, basically it is an insult sort of.

The issue with the C&D test was just a load of BS.
They took a car with over 10k track miles on it, did not change the pads, nor did C&D do a proper safety tech inspection and threw it on a lighting...
