Exhaust sound?
Maybe, stock sound I like some of the earlier 350/G35 sounds but aftermarket I was not to thrilled about (from what I have heard myself in person).

Yes the bumper has to come off, and no it is not twice a year.
K&N filters are good for 50,000 miles before a recharge is needed and then another 50,000 when you replace them or recharge them again....

Nope, go with long tube, short ram is worthless in this car. Engine bay gets hot enough, you do not want to pull more hot air into it, get those filters away from the engine. Other option if you want...
