It shouldn't "shake", that means something is loose. You should try to tighten everything on the pedal first. If that didn't help go to dealer, your car should still be under warranty.

This happened to me. Turns out the spring for the clutch pedal is rusted (at least that's what they said). They had to replace the whole clutch pedal unit ($600?) but it was covered under warranty....
