We were told most likely blue wore wasn't connected bit Zada said they plugged in it worked so difficult to see how it was wired. As per pics you sent only blue wire wasn't connected which I believe...

As per manufacturer all kits are tested before shipping and have a one year replacement warranty so nothing to worry about.
