No real need for drilling if a good silicone is used.

Just sand both spoiler and trunk nicely or let some professional install it.

Usually there is one spot aligning with the tail light spoiler (easy to find) will only fit there mark that with the tape and stick it with silicone. We prefer not to use 3m...
