Jason said the same thing that it seems to be a common problem. I believe at worst case it is only a couple hundred to fix but as far as i am concerned better the dealership pay that than me.

sounds like a master cylinder and depending on how many miles you have on your car it should be covered. If you are under 36k I know i should be covered because mine was. Try a different dealership...
