Use a voltmeter to verify that the starter relay...

Use a voltmeter to verify that the starter relay is energizing. See FSM (link in my sig) for wiring diagrams, physical locations of devices, &c.

Take your foot off the brake and press the start...

Take your foot off the brake and press the start button a few times. If the car does not cycle between off/acc/on, then you probably have a bad steering lock. Check link in my sig.
