I think now that the stock airboxes are removed you can see the AC lines. Pop the hood and get in there with a flashlight, you should be able to see if they were covered or not.

As long as they don't wiggle around too much I don't see any issues. Also make sure that they covered the AC piping that's on the drivers side so that it wont rub with the piping, it could cause...
