Reminds me when I have a messed up alignment at the back, with around -3 camber and nearly 0.4 toe in at the back. It wasn't kind even to smooth inputs :eek:

I am running Nexen sur4g, 275/40/18 square, with -2.9 front camber rear -2, 0.03 front toe out, 0.10 rear toe in, as much caster as I can.

All SPL arms.

Familiarity to the track is something that makes you fast in any car. Driving in one circuit only for more than three years, made me getting to 80% or more of any car performance easily...

I think you need to stay in third gear most of the time, it will help you get on the throttle early and smoothly. Try to go for late apexes, I think it is faster...
