yes you can do oc over the xpel with no issues,...

yes you can do oc over the xpel with no issues, however 99% of the time we use a wax or sealant.

we do not opti coat under the film, we have had some issues with that, the xpel will not adhere to it. Optimum states that the coating will not affect the self healing property.
