I don't know what the stock 18" sizes are. Check them in the calculator I posted and see which wheel and tire size is closest to stock without going bigger. From what I have seen the tires sizes...

You are changing your tire height by about an inch which in turn throws off your rollout distance by about 4 inches. Your speedometer will definitely be off. You may even create rubbing issues.
