It's a slightly heavier load on the engine at speed. It's not terribly rough on it. If your car is actually fast, you will be hitting high speed in the SQM, and definitely in the SM...

50k on boost would be highly unlikely if you actually drive the car. My f20 needed rebuilding after 80 passes or so, and that was pretty solid.

yeah, I heard changing your intake filters to K&N can cause it to make so much power you will blow your motor almost immediately.
