I assume you meant to say the Z1 DOES have steel wire inside. Their description on their website says it does, so I would think these are the same as the HPS...

yup... long story short, and many threads covering it, but when Panel Filters are added as well, they are only very few WHP away difference from the CAI apparently... The cost difference doesnt...

Weird, these tubes are just like the tubes from HPS, and they do have a performance claim to them... along with others who have dyno'd them...
