I set it low for those times I want to be more...

I set it low for those times I want to be more economical with the gas and change gears at lower rpm's. I just can't help myself sometimes.

You do know that you can adjust what rpm it blinks at right? It's set at redline from the factory.

I'm just saying why have it turn on, blink or otherwise in sixth gear at all. It's suppose to indicate where you should shift up to the next gear. I suppose it sort of reminds you not to run it at...
