The newer models do have 6 speakers according to the spec sheet on Nissan's website. Here is a snippet from the Canadian site.

I've used the balance fader between front and rear on the stock head...

I have a 2019 base Z... 70-7552 worked fine for me.

Wiring the harness there is Front left and right wires (+, -) and rear left and right wires (+,-) so 8 wires in total. They were all wired up....
