I'm being facetious -- I mean that the octane boosters are not regulated in any way shape or form, so use at own risk.

That said, I wouldn't count on them to do anything especially good OR bad...

You're better off demanding to accompany them on the journey to the gas pump if you are that worried.

There is absolutely no logical reason for that. There is no direct relationship between the oil and the octane requirements for the motor.

Why would you assume the dealer fills it up with regular?

The car is tuned from Nissan to require 91 AKI, and unless you never put it under load, it's a bad idea to run a lower than recommended...
