A few whp can easily change due to intake temps. My first set of runs (with K&N installed) after driving down to the shop with no real cool down (less than 5 min), I made less power relative to both...

Just make sure you have the car at approximately the same operating conditions -- the more they diverge, the harder it wil be to interpret results...

While mean gains after 3.25K were just under 5 whp/wtq, peak gains were as high as 10 whp/wtq! That's insane...

Oh definitley -- foam filters offer terrible filtration and if they begin to degrade, you can draw foam particles into the motor :ughdance:

They do offer good flow, however, so for a track only...
