Carbonsignal,

Already paid the shipping to return the console for repair or evaluation. Not reasonable to pay the expense if an audio shop does the install and they find console is defective....

As i said to Carbonsignal in a direct email, checked the wiring connections several times, followed their instructions and even sent sent pictures. Even paid the shipping costs to return for repair....

Have used Carbonsignal for other products and never had any issue. Hope they do the right thing on this produce as per their forum response.

Will check all the connections again...
