You might try the K071040 belt. It's a little shorter than the K071045. I believe that's the one Topgunz sold with his kits. He may be able to verify that.

I know someone else that tried the belt routing the way you have it. It slipped so bad it hardly made any boost. That's definitely your issue.

You're most likely getting belt slip on the supercharger side. You should see belt dust on the back side of the sc and sc bracket. You can upgrade to the Gates K080220RPM belt and PM "Z"en on the...
