I've tried the foam thing. Just makes a mess. Tried with no frame as well. Maybe it's our cheap *** plates with crappy tin.

Yeah, I want to avoid drilling etc.

I will now have to experiment...

made/drilled 2 extra holes for rear licence plate/frame?

I have tried countless methods to reduce the "buzz" from that stupid two hole set up. (why are they so cheap and stupid not to hold it down...
