They'd have to stretch the wheelbase about 6"" to realistically pull it off.

A VQ engine isn't exactly small either....

As for handling it...Other companies are selling 700+ HP monsters...this...

Go out big with a 560Z on a tweaked current chassis. Blow the doors off the domestics and keep it cheap with off the shelf parts. Even the early truck line of 5.6 motors were easily 500HP...
