The harness is there. It's plug and play. Don't forget to get the clam shell cover. I got my paddles from Ebay for 280ish and the clam shell from courtesyparts.com.

Just a heads up. The paddle shifters can be installed on the base 2016 model. I just did this about an hour ago.

Edit: The bolts and nuts seem to be 10mm. Also if anyone orders the lower...
