You can do 10mm spacer if you really want but alot of people. Suggest just running +22 front rear to avoid clearance issues.

thought there was another reason besides the tires over all size of the tire. 275/40/18 will work for all four corners no prob :D

18x8 +49 front
18x9 +41 rear

front might work but rear has me a little worried.
