Topped off oil, took for test drive and car is abnormally sluggish.

Nice. But yeah I'm pretty sure it's the throttle bodies. There was no code it felt like I had lost 100hp or more it took a while to get up to speed. Had them replaced and it was like it came back...

I had this same issue. It's your throttle bodies, I'm pretty sure. Had mine changed and was golden. Give that a look.
