May be binding ....try tapping it with a rubber...

May be binding ....try tapping it with a rubber mallet or something that won’t damage it ...there isn’t anything internal that holds it together

I haven’t had any issues with my comp turbo ... I’m at about 22k miles on it .. only thing I have noticed is you can hear the ball bearings at low speed and idle very faintly ... doesnt seem to...

So with the issues you guys are having with the oil fed and scavenge pump why not switch to the comp oil less turbo

If the scavenge pump failed that would explain...

If the scavenge pump failed that would explain oil getting down the exhaust but he should still be able to build boost ...now I would assume if the pump failed it could have blown the seals out...
