You are going to a 20" wheel, and no matter what you do it will still throw things off. Thats just the name of the game, if you REALLY want to have exact speed invest in a GPS is all I can tell you....

The tire sizes you are going with are fine, and with the offsets and size of your wheels I wouldnt try to put any bigger tires. You are definately going to need camber arms to make the 20x12 look...
