I didn't mean the previous owner or the previous clear bra installer. I meant the next clear bra installer since AggieDev mentioned about having a full-hood clear bra installed.

I would have let the clear bra installer remove...

I would have let the clear bra installer remove it in the first place. Surface preparation is part of the installation.
