I tried offset as well and liked it, but I was afraid it might loosen over time since its kind of unequally balanced (I'm sure if you tightened it enough it wouldn't though...

Don't get rho-plate, i tried it and the rod is too short for the '15 nismo's. I'm also planning to get one from moweraxle that's made specifically for the '15 model.
