Installed the QRJ, slapped a filter on it, wrapped the filter with foam. Is quiet enough for my taste and NO FLUTTER!!

I might get creative, fabricate a pipe and plumb the valve back into the intake.
There is definitely room to run some 1.25" or 1.5"...
