In my opinion, I can't see that heat would affect the S.C. intake when at speed.
Idling, yes.. Lot's of heat there..
The crash bar is behind the bumper so I don't know if there's much effect...

Heat at the intake were my issues during the dyno tune. I 'm not so sure heat would be a problem at speed. But on the dyno, a floor fan is going to help a lot! I did not have a floor fan when I tried...

Funny, I ordered the 1.5 upgrade kit in November and they sent an incorrect maf pipe for the drivers side,( it does not clear the Power steering pump) so, they resent a new set, same problem.. ohhh...
